In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, Portix respects users' control over their personal data. If you need to delete your personal data, you can submit a request through the following methods.
Data Deletion Information
Applications that access user data must provide users with a way to request data deletion. As our app meets this requirement, we provide data deletion request methods and instructions on how to remove your data from our application or website.
Delete Your Data
You can request to delete your personal data in Portix through the following methods:
Method 1: Through In-App Settings
- Open the Portix app
- Tap the "Profile" icon in the bottom right corner
- On the profile page, tap "Settings"
- Scroll to the bottom and select "Account & Data"
- Tap "Delete My Data"
- Follow the prompts to confirm your request
Method 2: Via Email Request
You can also send us an email to request deletion of your data:
- Send an email to skytech999@163.com
- Use the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"
- Include the following information in your email:
- Your email address associated with the app account
- Your device model
- Specific data types you want deleted (e.g., all data, uploaded photos, etc.)
- We will process your request within 30 days of receipt
- Once complete, we will send you a confirmation email

Data Deletion Policy Information
- Data deletion is permanent and cannot be recovered once completed
- Some data may be retained for a period of time due to legal requirements
- The deletion process may take up to 30 days to complete
